750g of sourdough dough, can be kept in the fridge for up to 6 days.
Cooking Instructions: Place baking paper on an oven tray. Take the dough out of the fridge, remove the plastic and place it on the tray with baking paper. Leave it at room temperature for 20 minutes. Set the oven to 210 degrees, fan low. Cooking takes between 35min to 45min.
Dough can be used for pizza base.
The longer the dough stays in the fridge the stronger the flavor will be.
The dough is made with natural yeast.
Do not freeze the dough.
If you want to freeze the cooked bread wait for it to cool down, slice it and then freeze it in a plastic bag.
