Nata PT Bakery – Easter Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter is Nata PT Bakery, a New Zealand-registered business (referred to as “the Promoter”).

2. Promotion Period
The Easter Giveaway begins on 7 April 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM NZST on 17 April 2025. Entries received after this time will not be valid.

3. Eligibility
This giveaway is open to residents of New Zealand only, aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, or any person professionally connected with the promotion are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram, participants must:

  • Follow the Promoter’s Instagram account @nataptbakery

  • Like the giveaway post

  • Tag friends in the comments (each tag equals one entry; multiple tags are allowed for more chances)

Bonus Entry:
Participants may also gain an extra entry by entering via the Promoter’s website at nata.co.nz.

5. Prizes
Three (3) winners will be selected:

  • 1st Prize: 1 Box of 32 Pastéis de Nata + 1 Portuguese Fudge

  • 2nd Prize: 1 Box of 32 Pastéis de Nata

  • 3rd Prize: 1 Box of 16 Pastéis de Nata

6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be randomly selected from all valid entries and announced via Instagram Stories on 18 April 2025. Winners will also be contacted via direct message. If a winner does not respond within 3 days, the Promoter may award the prize to another entrant.

7. Prize Conditions
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any part of the prize becomes unavailable.

8. Publicity
By entering, winners agree to the use of their name and/or image for promotional purposes, without compensation, in connection with the promotion.

9. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of administering the giveaway and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, or misdirected entries. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of entering the promotion or accepting a prize.

11. General
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any liability related to this promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel this promotion and its Terms & Conditions at any time without notice.
