Shipping & Pickup Policy
New Pickup Option – Halls Depot Collection
We now offer pickup from select Halls depots across New Zealand!
✅ How it works:
- Select your preferred Halls depot when placing your order.
- We will notify you via email when your order is ready for pickup. Please wait for confirmation before heading to the depot.
- Pickup is available at the following Halls depot locations:
- Auckland
- Tauranga
- Napier
- Palmerston North
- Wellington
- Christchurch
- Dunedin
- Blenheim
- Invercargill
This new option makes it easier and more cost-effective to receive your favorite Nata treats!
Local Delivery (NEW!) – North Island Only
We now offer local delivery for orders within a 50km range from our bakery.
✅ How it works:
- Delivery is available every Thursday, between 10 AM – 2 PM.
- Delivery fees are based on distance:
- Up to 9.9km: $11.50
- 9.9km to 19.9km: $17.25
- 19.9km to 29.9km: $23.00
- 29.9km to 39.9km: $30.00
- 39.9km to 49.9km: $45.00
🚨 Important:

Local delivery covers the North Island only.
Islands such as Waiheke, Great Barrier, or others are not covered. - Please ensure someone is available to receive your delivery.
- If no one is present, we’ll leave your order in a safe spot.
Responsibility for any loss or damage transfers to the customer, and no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Business-to-Business (B2B) Deliveries
For shipping inquiries, please email us at info@nata.co.nz.
- All our products are shipped frozen.
- Customers are required to be present to receive an order.
- You must provide a company name and a company address for delivery – we cannot ship to home addresses.
- Each delivery can take up to 5 working days after dispatch.
- Please ensure a loading zone or parking is available for the delivery truck.
- Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM – please ensure someone is available to receive the order.
- If delivery is unsuccessful due to missing requirements, a surcharge may be applied.
- Deliveries are handled by Halls (Refrigerated & Frozen Transport).
- If delivery is not possible, we will issue a refund as soon as possible.
