How to reheat your Nata tarts.

Your tarts are fully baked and can be eaten chilled once thawed. Reheating is optional, but it restores the crisp pastry and warm custard that make a pastel de nata special.
Keep at -18°C

From frozen

Fan oven

210°C15 minutes

  1. Preheat your fan oven to 210°C.
  2. Remove the tarts from the box and place them on a baking tray.
  3. Heat for 15 minutes.

Air fryer

160°C15 minutes

  1. Set the air fryer to 160°C.
  2. Place the tarts in the basket with space around them.
  3. Heat for 15 minutes.
Keep at or below 5°C

From chilled

Fan oven

220°C10 minutes

  1. Preheat your fan oven to 220°C.
  2. Remove the tarts from the plastic pack, leave them in their foil cups, and place them on a tray.
  3. Heat for 10 minutes.

Air fryer

170°C10 minutes

  1. Set the air fryer to 170°C.
  2. Place the tarts in their foil cups in the basket.
  3. Heat for 10 minutes.
