Refund policy
Refunds are decided in a case by case basis. Please email us with your complaint and we will be back to you as soon as possible. info@nata.co.nz
All our products are shipped frozen and we can only shipped to Companies addresses. Each delivery can take up to 3 working days.
Please make sure there is loading zone or parking so the delivery truck can make the delivery.
The delivery times are from Monday to Fridays from 8am to 5pm, please ensure there is someone to collect the delivery.
Is the delivery is not successful because the above requirements were not met a surcharge may be applied.
