Pickup Policy
Pickup Locations
We offer pickup from our bakery and selected Halls depot locations across New Zealand. Please select your preferred pickup location when placing your order.
Pickup Confirmation
Customers must wait for an email confirmation before collecting their order. Orders may not be available immediately after purchase.
Pickup Hours
Pickup is available during the operating hours of the selected location. Please refer to your confirmation email for collection details.
Order Collection
Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your order. We may request proof of purchase for verification purposes.
Missed Pickups
If you are unable to collect your order on the scheduled day, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an alternative collection time.
Frozen Products
Many of our products are supplied frozen. We recommend transporting products in a cool environment and placing them in a freezer or refrigerator immediately after collection.
